本政策适用于由站点所有者个人自用的客户端工具与自动化脚本（下称"本工具"），包括：桌面客户端应用及其 Google 账号授权、以及用于音乐文件转码与同步的 rclone 自动化脚本。本工具仅供所有者本人使用，不向第三方提供服务。
This policy covers client tooling and automation scripts used privately by the site owner ("the Tool"), including a desktop client application with Google account authorization and rclone automation used to transcode and sync music files. The Tool is used solely by its owner and is not offered as a service to third parties.
在你（所有者本人）明确授权后，本工具会访问你所授权的 Google 账号中的 Google Drive 文件，用途仅限于：读取音乐文件、上传转码后的音乐文件、维护音乐目录结构。授权通过 Google 官方 OAuth 流程完成，可随时在 Google 账号的"安全性 → 第三方应用"中撤销。
After explicit authorization by the owner, the Tool accesses Google Drive files in the authorized account for the sole purpose of reading music files, uploading transcoded copies, and maintaining the music folder structure. Authorization uses Google's standard OAuth flow and can be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings.
访问凭据（OAuth refresh token、服务账号密钥）仅保存在所有者本人的计算机与本人控制的服务器上，文件权限仅限所有者账户可读；不存储在第三方服务器，也不对外公开。
Access credentials (OAuth refresh tokens, service account keys) are stored only on the owner's own computer and servers controlled by the owner, readable only by the owner's account. They are not stored on third-party servers and are never published.
本工具不保留数据副本；撤销 Google 授权或删除凭据文件即可立即终止全部访问。已上传到你自己 Google Drive 的文件由你自行管理。
The Tool keeps no copies of data. Revoking the Google authorization or deleting the credential files immediately ends all access. Files already uploaded to your own Google Drive remain under your control.
